A ground engineering solutions provider specialising in Bored Piling and Eco-friendly Piling and Geoservices, Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd. is registered under the construction related category under the workhead CR08 for piling with a financial grading of L6. This qualifies the Group to tender for public sector piling contracts without limitation to the contractual value.
Since its inception in 1990, Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd. has completed more than 300 projects comprising of residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, infrastructure and environmental protection projects in both Singapore’s public and private sectors. The Group’s customers include government bodies, statutory boards, property owners, developers and main contractors.
On top of the provision of following services and products:
(a) Bored Piling; and
(b) Eco-friendly Piling and Geoservices:
- Eco-friendly Piling;
- Environmental Protection Engineering;
- Geotechnical Engineering Services; and
- Sale of Reproduces,
the Group also constructs earth retaining structures for basement works, and carries out foundation works, underground obstruction removal, slope protection and stabilisation, ground improvement works using Grout-Mix piles, chemical grouting, as well as other geotechnical work.
As at the date of the IPO Prospectus, the Group has established Ryobi Malaysia and Ryobi Geotechnique Malaysia to undertake projects and the sale of Geoproducts used for the provision of its geotechnical engineering services respectively in Malaysia. In July 2009, the Group has also incorporated Raffles Piling Vietnam in Vietnam to provide general construction services.
Invitation in respect of 192,000,000 New Shares as follows:
(a) 2,000,000 Offer Shares at $0.26 each by way of public offer; and
(b) 190,000,000 Placement Shares at $0.26 by way of placement,
payable in full on application.
