informations.

2)OTHER MATTERS:
a)Incident of fight on the last weekend game:
matters on the incident was investigated,reviewed and discussed by the
organising commitee.Facts and details was gathered.Higher percentage for
decision of the verdict comes mainly from the refree's report.
DECISION BY COMMITE ON THE INCIDENT:
THE GAME BETWEEN ASIANBOOKIES FC SHARK AND NFC WILL BE CONSIDERD AS AN
ABANDONED GAME.SUCH NO POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR BOTH TEAMS.
ASIANBOOKIES FC SHARK WILL BE DEDUCTED 3 DEMERIT POINTS FROM THE TOTAL
POINTS ACCUMULATED.
NFC WILL BE DEDUCTED 4 DEMERIT POINTS FROM THE TOTAL POINTS
ACCUMULATED.NFC PLAYER WHO WAS INDENTIFIED AS MD RYAN(DEF/MID) WILL BE
SUSPENDED FOR 4 ACTIVE GAMES.
NFC WILL BE TERMINATED/DISQUALIFIED FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT
IF THEY SHOULD GET INVOLVED IN ANOTHER INCIDENT LIKE THIS.
ANY APPEALS OR FURTHER DISCUSSIONS ON THIS MATTER WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED
BY THE ORGANISERS.IF FOR ANY REASON/S ANY TEAM HAVE DISPUTE ON THIS
DECISION,THEN THE PROTEST FEE OF $200.00 IS APPLICABLE IN THIS MATTER.THE
PROTEST MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE 26/05/2006 VIA EMAIL TO ME.ANY PROTEST
BEYOND THE STATED TIME FRAME WILL BE IGNORED.
OUR STRICT INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS MATTER>>
IF ANY TEAMS IS THINKING THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH JUST DEMERITS AND
SUSPENSIONS IF THEY INVOLVE WITH FIGHTS LIKE THIS...PLS CHANGE YOUR
PERCEPTION NOW....BECAUSE THE ORGANISING COMMITEE WILL NOT HESITATE TO
ASSIST IN THE LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST THE INVOLVED TEAMS IF THE LAW STEPS
INTO THE SCENE...meaning if 1 team wants to press legal charges against
another for causing hurt or whatsoever..the organising commitee will
release information if the police gets involved for invetsigation.
And please don't get the wrong impression that...those teams who have not
got into this kind of scuffle.....YOU DO NOT have the priveldge to fight
in your next upcoming games as teams were given chances before.It may not
end as what you think..The organising commitee may just terminate and
disqualify your team for your 1st fight..as we are running low on our
tolerance level for this matter.
i do not want to drag much on this issue.We are all matured footballers,we
all want entertainment on our weekends and go home peacefully and proceed
our routine schedules on the next weekdays.If you get into an unnecessary
brawl then its tough for everyone of us.An apology for something done is
very easy...but it doesn;t do any good to the person who was hurt.Pls bare
and control your temper and anger for another 2 months..and after the
tourny over....throw it out to somwhere... where none gets hurt.
If YOU CANT ENCOURAGE ME ..ITS OK....BUT PLS DUN DISCOURAGE ME WITH YOUR
RIDICULOUS HOOLIGANISM BEHAVIOUR<<participating teams.

3)PAYMENT>>Some teams have misjudged our kind heart and take us as a
"dummy doll".....and start to hold payments after the game and give
reasons for not paying as>> "they have forgotten to pay..the refrees cant
be located...we are doing the debriefing and the refree left..and
worst...we are not happy with the refree decision..so we are not paying"
i never come across a tournament..whereby you are given the choice to pay
or not to pay for the game,,,when u are not happy with the refree.If THERE
SHLD BE A TOURNY LIKE THAT..PLS KEEP ME INFD...the organisers want to
participate too..and we can always say for all the games "we are not happy
with the refree..we are not going to pay",,and enjoy walking out of the
field with a free game.Does it sound right to anyone???
TO prove all the TEAMS..that we organisers are not "DUMMY DOLLS"..such the
immatured teams attitude had FORCED my commitee to make this following
insertions nw:
INSERTION>>LATE PAYMENT(immaterial of any reasons)
a)a fine of $20.00 will be imposed for every late payment..and
the amount will be doubled for every week delayed.
b)1 demerit point will be deducted from the total points
achieved for every delayed payment.
the commitee have the right to impose any of the above(a or b),whichever
deemed appropriate.
such those who have not paid for any pending payments..pls do it by this
weekend.

4)ATTIRE>>time and again..we have been indicating that shin pads must be
worn during our tourny games..but it seems..many players are jus ignoring
this request.This is for your own safety and we are doing our part by
consistent reminders..and if any of them is still adamant not to follow
this request... then..we have to set another piece of insertion of rules
again.We will give the benefit of doubts to the participating teams..and
currently will not impose any penalisation for this issue..but if its
needed...we will release a new insertion to the rules.

5)RANDOM CHECK>>we will be doing a random checks on the teams against the
registered players list.Such be prepared for any checks any time shortly.

6)FA CUP>>we will be calling all team mangers for the ballotting and a
managers meeting will be conducted for the next FA CUP TOURNAMENT. I will
email you the registration form and the set of rules and regulation next
week.PLS bring along yr completed registration form on the day of the
managers meeting.DATE,TIME AND VENUE WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE.
