High ball is your weakness as you allow it to bounce first. As much as possible you have to try to get it first hand.

Next, You got to command the defence as you have a bird's eye view of the whole formation and plays. Always remind the defenders to help out and control their positions. Especially if the opponents have fast Fowards.

More games will be able to train you in these situations.

Yes, I fully agree with what you had written. I will like to make more efficient command by knowing the names of my defenders. At times, during the game, I was shouting at my defenders to mark the un-mark players. However, I failed because I do not know the names. I believe training and play more often will allow me to know the players' name.
