Was walking on a pavement nesr a condo u it and beside got grass patch. Saw a mother hen leading a group of small chicks in front of me. I never dusturbed them just walked past them nia the mother hen suddenly fly towards very near me and squawking loudly...like wan to attack me. The rooster nearby bo chup only the mother hen very fierce.
I was caught by surprise first time experience being warned by a chicken that is maybe trying to protect its young. I just stood there motionless until it stopped flying at me. Maybe i walked too close to them i dunno but i felt its funny it can happen near sg roadsides.
Hens would attack ppl if stand too close to them u got bring back cook curry ๐

I saw the chicks very small their bodies got brown stripes. When the hen att me the chicks all run anywhere very funny. I also dunno o how to react. I realised its best not to do anything and walk away.

Yup just walked away best the hen looked around always Don't go too near always unless u got food for them๐ They would recognise u if u keeps feeding them
