My usage of ac reduced by more than half as most of the times i'm away but my most recent bills only reduced by $10.00? Me and my wife staying at a 1br unit and my monthly average bills is about $220.00

Take a photo of your metres next time Beforehand going to tour After that take again this what many normally do

27.47 per kw. Mine is a rental apartment so i cant commit a 3 years contract as early next year i might move to another places

The rate seem ok. Mine is 25cents per kwh. next check your usage, the landlord should be able to give you the usage last few months.

There is an option to submit your own reading to sp power app every month. you need to compare meter readings past few months before calling them.

Every alternate months the apps will asked us to submit the pictures of the both water and electricity metres reading and i noticed that they dont really follow those reading. Its annoying if they dont want to follow than in the first place why they asked us to submit?

If the past readings are the same from the SP power app pdf bill and billing amount different , you can send them feedback. Use email instaed of calling them which is faster.
