i would like to check on bayern munich match. i would like to buy on correct score of bayern munich 5-1 and 5-2. what selection can i buy? i don't see any 5-1 or 5-2 in the selection. or is it the up5 selection?

what does up5 means? does it means 5-0, 6-0, 6-1, 7-0, 7-1, 7-2, 8-0 onwards or 5-0, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5, 6-0, 6-1, 6-2 onwards?

Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that currently we do not have any other market offered for correct score aside from which is shown at our member page. Right now the options does not include 1st correct score and also score possibilities such as 5-1, 5-2 or even higher draw result's score. This is based on Management's decision to offer only those common results and pre-designed it into each suitable odds/payout.

In addition, scores 5-1 and 5-2 are not included in 5-0 UP Correct Score. 5-0 UP Correct Score means that you are betting that the match’s will be 5-0 or UP. Ex. 5-0, 6-1, 7-2, 8-3, etc. Another way to put this is that you are betting that Home Team will win by 5 goals or more than Away team.

As we have mentioned in our previous email that for 5-0 UP correct score, you are predicting that Home Team will win by 5 goals or more than Away team. In that case when the final result is 5-1, it means that home team only won 4 goals, so meaning you will lose your bet.

  		No, i do not understand. I wanted to buy 5-1, and there is no 5-1 selection. So for example, i buy 4-1 and the result is 5-1. you mention that i lose the bet. it do not make sense as there is no selection for 5-1 at all. shouldn't it be a refund?

you are confusing yourself. At the start, i wanted to buy 5-1 and 5-2 but there is no selection. you told me that management don't open such selection, and now when the result is 5-1 for example, all bets are lost. so what is the winning bet for 5-1?

Regarding your concern, we would like to inform you that currently we do not have market for you to bet on high scores such as with what you have provided 5-1, therefore there's no way that you can placed bet and win on this bet. Furthermore, if you bet on 5-0 UP and the final result is 5-1, your bet would not be refunded since it didn't meet the condition that the home team must win (5 goals or more) against Away team, so this is still considered lose.

i am not unreasonable. I apologise if there is any misunderstanding.

To make things clear, there is no selection for 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 6-2 for any correct score, or maybe even there is a 8-4 results for a friendly game tonight. If the final result is one of the above, all betting slips are lost, from 0-0 to 4-3 including up5. there is no winning slips.

Is it fair? firstly there is no 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4 selection. Secondly, all bets are lost when the results is 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4 for example.

I would suggest that if your management do not want to open such 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4 selection, refund all bets when the results is 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4.

If not, adjust your up5 rule. It should not be the selected team to win 5 goals or more (5-0, 6-0, 6-1). the up5 should be the selected team score 5 or more goals, which is 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5, and so on.

Correct me if i am wrong. This is contradicting. Am i wrong to say, when there is a result for 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, bankers win all, players lose.
