It has always been our interest  to light up all the forums in AB but there are always rooms for improvement 
we also do not want  to see those lesser traffic forums becoming ghost town 

as I am neutral with the cut and paste and sharing but it does add additional info for any members who might  be reading and checking to gain the extra confident in placing their bet 

this place here used to be lively but  due to some sort of misunderstanding between fellow members
it seem to dampen the atmosphere and no members are posting their picks here

The ultimate aim is to encourage members to be posting their own picks and analysis. That's the right way for an AB forum to be vibrant. I don't see how the 'copying and pasting of another website or newspaper articles will contribute towards this end. This is not a news forum we are talking about. That's what I meant when I use the term 'value'.
I consider a forum with no activity no different from one that have irrelevant activities.

If HRLF consists only of members posting odds and newspaper predictions without anyone contributing their picks, would you consider it a successful forum?

In line with the above mentioned, I rather TS post his own picks than 'copy & paste' the websites here.
The only way to start a forum to encourage picks posting is to be posting picks itself

I've nothing against Imun. 
I am supporting his recommendation to AB tipster fyi.
I'm always speaking my mind with regards to issues, not targeting members.
I rather he posts his picks in Chinese here than pastes all these predictions.

Like you mentioned, these posts may help punters place their bets more confidently but this forum (AB China) 's aim is not to be an info/ odds providing place but one where members will share their picks. This is something that we cannot deviate from just for the sake of vibrancy.

Else we may as well allow chats , Chinese songs, dramas and what have you to be posted here.
