  		Hi, i'm thinking of changing a new nick and hence will like to change a new avatar and the bottom pic in the post.

also those basic instructions.

but i cannot find in the help or testing forums. where should i look for them?

I have forgotten how to add the avatar as it's been many years since i invoke these in my current nick.
