  		Dear Webmaster Mr   @AsianBookie ,

Thank you for the continuous effort to spruce up TC. It is something members love playing and look forward to daily without fail; it's also a huge pulling factor to increase viewerships and memberships in AB. Moving forward, kindly consider these proposals to further enhance next season's edition. 

1) Transfer windows
Football clubs are permitted to conduct the purchase and sale of players during the winter and summer transfer windows. Similarly in TC, perhaps can introduce transfer windows concept. E.g. before/at the start of season or designated certain time frame during the season.

2) Transfer fees
In footballing world, each player has a 'price tag' to their name. Big talents are much sought-after by clubs who are willing to pay the price to have them on their teams. In TC, instead of price tags, each player can be categorised by 'ball tags' (or any other denomination) to their nicks. E.g. 

Base-ball
(Pun intended)
First-timers / Challengers tipstermedalbronze.gif1 time winner   tipstermedalsilver.gif 2 time winner    3 time winner   4 time winner   5 time winner
 For example: 10  is equivalent to 1 

- Each team/club will be allocated the same amount of 'ball funds' at the beginning of the season.
- In terms of membership, it is entirely up to leaders to go for quantity or quality but within fund limit. 
- Fresh challenge for all clubs to start on equal footing in the transfer market. 

3) Customised rank/title promotion within a club
Currently, Leaders are allowed to promote other members as Co-Leader. Over time, we could see teams with One Leader and increasing number of Co-Leaders. Eventually, this promotion will lose its intended meaning. It would be ideal if clubs are allowed to customise the rank/title ourselves e.g. Loyal/Long-serving Member, MVP, etc. Variety is the spice of life and certainly it would be more interesting to see creativity at play.

In any professional football league, can one team register 300 while others register 300 players?

Even if a team can register 300, surely only 11 is allowed to play anytime right?
My suggestion is to consider only the top 50 scores of a team as opposed to the total team scores now.
In this way, the teams with strength in depth will not be penalized that heavily as well as leveling the playing fields a little.
