  		Just now received call from NCPG, said i need to book a session for further counseling  , i asked why , the lady said from their record i have ban and unban several time , so need to assess me more time before can release,  i asked how many counseling got to go and take how long the whole process,  she replied up to 3 times and after that also subject to the management final decision, i fed up and raised voice said im in volunteer basis why want to make me so difficult, she replied if i don't go for further counseling surely is up to me and before the whole process being done, im still under ban , without wasting my time and lazy to talk more , just said I will book next time and hang up . Tonight go AP , local casino not welcome me no problem,  i still can choose AP to fight.

I think since your case is on volunteering, you can find your MP for help.
